NeuroEquity

Privacy

Short version: I keep what you send, I don't sell it, and I'll delete it if you ask.

Who I am

NeuroEquity is a grant program run by Luke Steuber. For data protection purposes, Luke is the data controller. Write to luke@lukesteuber.com.

What I collect

The site has three forms, and each collects the same three things: your name, your email and a message. The application form asks about your project, the jury form about your expertise, and the fund form how you'd like to help.

I don't ask you to disclose a diagnosis. People sometimes mention disability or neurodivergence anyway, and I treat anything written there as sensitive. If you'd rather not write it down, you don't have to.

I also run a self-hosted page-view counter at stats.dr.eamer.dev. It counts visits. It sets no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your browser and doesn't store your IP address.

Who I share it with

How long I keep it

Applications and jury messages: two years from when we last wrote to each other, then deleted. Funded applications are kept as part of the grant record, with your name and project description; I'll ask before publishing anything about you.

Fund-interest messages: until donations open, plus one follow-up to tell you. After that they're deleted unless you ask to stay on the list.

Page-view counts: totals only, no per-visitor records.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I have, to correct it or to delete it. Email luke@lukesteuber.com with a short note. I'll reply within thirty days, sooner if I can.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies, and neither does the counter. When you send a form, the form processor may set its own cookies on its way back here; I can't speak for what happens on its servers.

Changes

When this page changes in substance, I'll update the date below and add a one-line note at the foot of the main page for at least a month.
